“What happens if…?” has been the question since day one and answering this for our users has been our main focus. I’m pleased to say we have now made some huge steps towards proper rental insurance and we're set to deliver a first for the sharing economy: transparent insurance. Not a guarantee, but a digital insurance document that clearly states - Tom West has rented his Sony Alpha A7III worth £1,900 to Stef Bloomfield between 01/10/23 - 04/10/23.

We're also super excited to announce that RentMy, as part of this, has become an Introducer Appointed Representative for Brett Noble who are regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Together we are now working with a major insurer to introduce a completely new product to the market - this comes off the back of your feedback, which really cemented the importance of insurance within peer-to-peer sharing and we can’t wait for it to launch!
